Flyout is a macOS menu bar app that slides a rich-text note panel in from the screen edge when the pointer dwells there or on the Option-Command-N shortcut. The editor carries slash commands, headings, task lists, syntax-highlighted code blocks, inline images, pasted tables you can edit cell by cell, and Markdown on-disk storage. Reminders attach to a whole note or to one selected line, group into overdue, today, upcoming, and completed tabs, and fire through the macOS notification centre. Folders are flat and drag-to-file, colored tags cut across them, and iCloud sync carries notes between two Macs on the buyer's own account with nothing passing through the vendor's servers. It requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later on Apple Silicon and Intel.
