Now hide individual files + folders for more private desktop
DeskMat covers a Mac desktop with a virtual mat so files and folders stay hidden during screen sharing, streams, and video calls. Version 1.3 adds hiding of individual files, folders, and file types rather than only the whole desktop. It runs on macOS 13 Ventura or newer, can cover one screen or every screen, and triggers from a desktop button, the menu bar, a keyboard shortcut, a widget, or automatically when chosen apps come to the foreground.
