OmmiQ
A simple day planner from Germany. Free, no ads, no tracking. Optional extras are one-time purchases, no subscription.
OmmiQ (ommiq.com) is a simple to-do list and day planner for personal use, made and hosted in Germany. It stays in the background while you plan your day: Inbox, Today and Scheduled views, categories with colours and emojis, subtasks, recurring tasks with skip, due dates and times, drag and drop, instant search, and a trash with restore.
Quick add turns one line into a task. Press Q, type "buy milk tomorrow 3pm #groceries", and OmmiQ picks out the date, time and category. It understands six languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.
The whole app is free, with no ads, no trial and no paid tier. Optional extras, such as a week view, push reminders or locked tasks, are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, now or later.
Your tasks are stored on a server in Frankfurt, Germany. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts and no AI features; every page loads from ommiq.com only. Payments run through Mollie (Netherlands), email through Proton (Switzerland).
OmmiQ runs in any modern browser and installs on your phone or desktop as an app, without an app store. Moving over is easy: import from Todoist, TickTick, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Asana, Trello or OmniFocus.
